이곳은 알렉산더테크닉을 비롯해 소매틱스, 명상 등 몸과 마음에 관한 다양한 메소드들을 배울 수 있는 학교입니다. 우리가 본래 가지고 있던 온전함으로 되돌아 가는 길을 찾고 계신 모든 분들을 따뜻하게 환영합니다.
